What to do when you get that last minute invite to a cookout, party or neighborhood get together.  It's a hit....time after time!

I try to keep a few ingredients on hand that have a long shelf life like cream cheese and chili sauce so I can whip something up in no time. Make sure you get to dip a few crackers in this baby before everyone else demolishes it!
