The TURNAROUND TIME shown at the top of this page tells you how quickly your labels leave our shop!
As an example:
1. You place your order on a Wednesday
2. We print them and ship them out on Thursday (1 business day). Then they are in TRANSIT. See Transit Times below.
3. Occasionally, the labels won't leave our shop until Friday (in 2 business days). We're human and stuff happens, but 99% of the time, your order leaves our facility the next business day after you place the order.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all of our stick on labels, iron on labels and other cool
products. We ship labels out First Class unless you choose an expedited method (USPS Priority, USPS Express, Fed Ex 2-Day or FedEx 3-Day) during checkout. Your options and costs are in the chart below.
Unfortunately, on rare occassions, someone at USPS doesn't do their job and it can slow down the delivery of your custom labels. If you haven't requested expedited shipping - please be patient! If you haven't received your labels within the normal transit times listed below, it's usually because they're in a basket at a post office somewhere and they'll usually make it to you within 10 business days. If you don't receive them by then please call us at (315) 627-0524 so we can track your labels. We have tracking on all our domestic label packages so, in most cases, we'll be able to find out where they are. If they haven't arrived in two weeks, we'll get another set of labels out to you ASAP.

IdentaMe Labels is located in Central New York State, and all orders are processed right here at our facility in East Syracuse, NY. All orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day, but in case that changes - the shipping day is highlighted at the top of this page, in bold, red text!
We'll ship your personalized labels using the method you choose during checkout. All packages have tracking info, so you can check the status of your shipment online at www.ups.com or www.FedEx.com or give us a call.
If you've selected USPS First Class Mail, packages can arrive up to a month after being dropped off at the Post Office! We won't make you wait that long, but we do ask that you wait a full two weeks before we will ship replacements for lost packages.
