If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your IdentaMe Labels purchase, please call our Team at (315) 627-0524, or email steve@idmlabels.com within 45 days of your purchase date. If your're having trouble with your labels (etc) we'll see if we can help you figure out what's wrong and then we'll go over your options because we want to make sure you're 100% happy.

We have a lightning fast turnaround time so we start working on your order the morning after you place it so we need to know about any problems ASAP so we can correct them.
If your labels arrive and they are different than they appeared on your order summary, please call us ASAP at (315) 627-0524.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours from the purchase date. If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to steve@idmlabels.com, or call our Team at (315) 627-0524.
SHIPPING ISSUES - IF YOUR LABELS SHIPPED....1. USPS FIRST CLASS- Unfortunately, on rare occassions, someone at USPS doesn't do their job and it can slow down the delivery of your custom labels. If you haven't requested expedited shipping - USPS 1st Class should make it to you within 10 business days. If you don't receive them by then please call us at (315) 627-0524 so we can track your labels. If they haven't arrived in two weeks, we'll get another set of labels out to you ASAP or issue you a full refund. 2. USPS PRIORITY - Usually you'll have your labels in 2-3 business days. There is tracking on these packages. When your local post office delivers your labels they will scan the package as they leave it in your mailbox. If you haven't received them within 5 business days of your order date, please call us and we will send you replacement labels or give you a full refund. 3. USPS EXPRESS -
RETURNS OR REPRINTS OF PERSONALIZED PRODUCTSPlease contact our Team within 45 days of the purchase date. We'll have you return the unused items along with a note including your Order Number and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or provide a full/partial refund for your order.
RETURNS OR REPRINTS OF NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTSItems that are not personalized can also be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the purchase date.Please send the unused items along with a note including your Order Number to our Team. Once we've received the item(s), you will receive a confirmation email with your exchange or refund details. Refunds will be processed as a credit of the total of your entire order to the account details used at the time of purchase. The refund time frame will depend on your method of payment. Partial refunds will include a credit for the item price (less any discounts) plus the appropriate tax.
