What information do we collect?
We only collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

After a transaction, your credit card number is NOT stored on our servers. All of our payments are processed through a secured link with PayPal, so we NEVER see your credit card information. If you order by phone, we'll need your credit card information. As soon as we process your order - we immediately shred your information.
If you are one of our business to business customers, with your permission, we wil keep your credit card information on file to make the ordering process easier for future orders.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We DO NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. The only entity, (besides IdentaMe Labels), that sees your personal data is PayPal. We process all of the credit card payments through PayPal, (so they act as our bank). PayPal is one of the most trusted companies when it comes to processing credit card transactions and protecting your data. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
